Wash your hair using sulfate-free, extension-safe products. Always wash in a downward motion to prevent tangling. Apply conditioner only from the mid-shaft down, avoiding the attachment points. We recommend washing no more than 2-3 times per week to prolong the life of the hair.
We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. This policy ensures we can offer waitlisted clients opportunities for transformation.
Yes, you can use heat tools, but we strictly recommend a professional heat protectant and keeping the temperature below 350°F (180°C). Avoid direct heat on the attachment points of I-tips or Keratin bonds as this can cause the adhesive to soften.
With proper care, the hair itself can last between 9 to 12 months. However, maintenance "move-up" appointments are required every 6 to 10 weeks depending on your hair growth and the method used.
