Appointments & Cancellations

To respect the time of our clients and stylists:

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Services

Results from hair extension services depend on individual hair type, condition, and maintenance. We will:

• Perform a consultation before any extension installation.
• Advise you on the best method based on your hair health.
• Reserve the right to decline a service if it could cause damage to your natural hair.

All sales on hair products and extensions are final unless the product is defective.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of your consultation. Additional charges may apply for hair length, thickness, or special requests outside the standard service scope.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, scalp conditions, or recent chemical treatments before your appointment. We are not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed medical or hair conditions.
